Description
The Shire Pressure Treated Corner Shed is designed to be placed into the corner of a garden.
The two rear walls come to a right angle to fit into the corner, while the door is flanked on either side by a windowed panel to allow the most light into the shed.
The shed is designed in a modular construction meaning smaller individual panels to make up the whole building. This allows the building to be taken through a common pedestrian doorway. Made from tongue and groove boarding to the walls and the floor. The roof panels are a solid sheet OSB. Mineralized felt will be supplied to cover the roof and full instructions, fixtures and fittings are provided as standard.
While it is designed for placement in the corner of a garden, we recommend allowing a little room all around the Corner Shed to make it easier to re-apply wood preservative as instructed.
The Pressure Treated Corner Shed includes tongue and groove cladding which has been protected by exposure to a vacuum pressure treatment process. This beneficial process impregnates the timber with preservative, enhancing its lifespan and resistance to rot over that of a typical dip-treated wooden shed.

Excellent service. Shed arrived promptly and on time as promised. One Garden's part in the process was very good. The Shire product was a fair price and came complete with good erecting instructions. A couple of niggles: the windows and doors both needed work to fit. Both appeared to have been manufactured to the exact size of the openings. Overall: One Garden 5 stars, shed 4stars

The shed is of a very good standard. Buy the tanalised version. It is worth the extra money. With two people it is reasonably easy to erect. My issue was with small holes left in manufacture. I have emailed to inform them to be more careful. Overall, good value.

Good strong construction and timber quality good but ironwork a bit flimsy. Plenty of finishing strips but no over-door protection. Floor, door and window surround boarding overhanging frames and needed trimming to get good fit. Window and door clearances to framework need increasing as impossible to avoid binding. Can be assembled safely by one person with use of clamps. Took longer than suggested time but mainly due to trimming.

Great shed, easy to put together and very sturdy. Some adjustments needed to corner post windows and doors but well within reason. Many compliments received by neighbours and family. Would have liked roof trim for corner sides but easy enough to source locally. Pressure treatment means it should last. Actually very impressed as didn't need any help as I used clamps to keep panels together before screwing.

The shed is very well made (much better than I had anticipated) and also easier to erect than I had thought. It has been admired and commended on by everyone on the allotment. I would definitely recommend this product and to buy through One Garden who were actually cheaper than the manufacturer themselves. One Garden were also very helpful on the phone.

A good quality shed and good value for money. Fairly easy to erect with two people although should plan for all day. A few minor issues to do with knots in the woodwork which prevent screws in critical places (e.g. fixing the bolt to the top of the secondary door). Also the cutting of the glazing bars was not as precise as they could have been which required small amounts to be removed from the final bar to fit properly.

The shed was delivered on the time agreed and was good quality. The instructions were easy to follow. Minor adjustment was needed to fit the roof panels. I used the Eco base which was easy to lay but difficult to level up, as it requires a layer of sharp sand under areas of the base it sank if weight was placed in one area. The shed now completed looks great and really secure for storage.

The shed was delivered on time & placed into our (cleared) garage. All parts were included including a comprehensive instruction manual. Everything fitted together well, but I had a couple of issues. 1: The base needs to be very level & firm otherwise you need to do some DIY fiddling, especially with the roof panel fitting. 2: This is a CORNER shed, therefore being built into a corner (walls/fences on the 2 rear sides). The instructions seem to assume that it is being built in an open space & that one has access to the rear walls. You need to read & understand the instruction sequence to work out how to build it in a corner. Not impossible, but a bit mind-bending. The finished article is a good looking & solid shed. (ONE GARDEN COMMENT: Despite being a corner shed (5-sided), one should always allow access space around the installed product to maintain and care for the investment of purchasing a timber product. As with any timber garden building you must allow access to re-treat all wooden external surfaces periodically, likewise good surrounding airflow should be maintained to avoid creating a damp zone so accelerating rot; especially where garden mulch such as fallen leaves could become trapped and built up. So, surrounding free-space to both construct and maintain a Corner Shed is essential.)
