To create your support request please complete the below form. For identity purposes, the information you enter must be the same as you gave to us when you placed your original order. Once complete, click the ‘Submit Return/Exchange' button (we also accept pre-delivery cancellations using this form too).
On submission we'll confirm your identity and review your request, being in touch soon after to explain what will happen next.
Good to know
The period allowed to consider a 'delivered goods' request, as dictated by statute, is 14 days from the date of delivery. Subject to any collection charges (at cost, we don't profit), a refund will be processed once the goods return to the originating location (commonly the manufacturer) in the expected condition; having not been installed and being fit for resale for example.
