Description
The Yardmaster 104GPZ shed is a green variant based on the popular Yardmaster PZ family of compact pent roof metal sheds.
This metal shed benefits from standard features which include rust-free screws, a ventilated profiled roof and free anchor bolt fixings; to secure the shed to your concrete or paved solid base. The double door is of the sliding variety, being complete with handles holed to accept a customer-supplied padlock and an overlapping feature to keep the weather out.
This 104GPZ pent metal shed is supplied in a green painted finish as part of the 7-layer anti-corrosion protection process offered by Yardmaster across their range of hot-dipped galvanized buildings. The strong yet neat looking ribbed wall and roof panels are thicker and harder to dent, with folded edges for safe assembly.
Supplied with a DIY assembly manual, the flat-pack components are clearly numbered for self-assembly. A common installation involves screwing the pre-holed metal profiled sheeting to a skeleton-style framework, complete with a base rail.
Yardmaster are Europe's largest manufacturer of maintenance-free metal sheds, which are renown for their 'baked on permanent colour finish'.

Delivery

The Yardmaster Emerald Pent 104GPZ Metal Shed 2.84 x 1.04m is delivered directly from Yardmaster's Northern Ireland factory or from UK mainland hub stock. Yardmaster use independent carriers to fulfil all of their home deliveries.
Vehicle
Almost all of Yardmaster's carriers operate 3.5 ton vans or small flat-bed trucks. These will reach most locations an average car can. On the rare occasion a larger vehicle may be used.
Access
Unloading will take place at the kerb-side or onto your adjacent driveway; Yardmaster term this as a "door-step" delivery. Vehicles will not leave the public highway. A driver may be willing to carry the goods into your garden at their own discretion. Goods cannot be carried through your home, therefore if necessary please arrange some extra help privately.

Product Notes
Yardmaster metal sheds do not have a floor. They are designed to be bolted down to a solid base (concrete or paving) by the customer on assembly, with the base then acting as the supporting floor.
Due to Yardmaster's confidence in their superior rust-proofing system they offer a 15 year perforation guarantee upon this product. The primary term of Yardmaster's guarantee is that they will replace free of charge any undamaged panel (customer to fit the replacement) which has been perforated through rust within 15 years of purchase.

A set of expansion bolt fixings, which when bolted through each corner plate of a Yardmaster product will solidly anchor the building to a customer's concrete base.
Handles Holed for a Padlock
A pair of handles often of a U-channel design which are complete with pre-drilled holes, which when aligned in the closed position will accept a customer's padlock. Shape and style of handles may vary from the image shown.
Overlapping Doors
A feature of Yardmaster's double sliding doors, where the closing stile profile of each door is shaped to overlap the other to keep out rain and snow.
Ventilated Roof
A simple airflow feature along the ridge and eaves or gable of a metal building. Created by the shaped profile of the metal sheeting, complete with a ridge cover to prevent rain penetration.

Attractive and sturdy shed once assembled. Assembly requires patience and two people at times. Although advertised as 10x4 (external maximum), the internal measurements are 9’3” x 3’2”. But pleased overall with the product.
