A pair of handles with pre-drilled holes which, when in a closed position, will accept a customers' padlock. Shape and style of handles may vary.
Overlapping Doors
A feature of Yardmaster's sliding doors, where the closing stile profile of each door is shaped to overlap the other to keep out rain and snow.
Ventilated Roof
A simple design feature along the ridge and eaves or gable of a metal building to allow ventilation. Created by the shaped profile of the metal sheeting,
Description
The Yardmaster 86GEYZ shed is a member of the popular Yardmaster Emerald Deluxe GEYZ range of metal sheds.
This metal shed benefits from standard features which include rust-free screws, a ventilated and high-gabled profiled roof and free anchor bolt fixings; to secure the shed to your concrete or paved solid base. The double door is of the sliding variety, being complete with handles holed to accept a customer-supplied padlock and an overlapping feature to keep the weather out.
This 86GEYZ apex metal shed is supplied in a dark green and zinc painted finish as part of the 7-layer anti-corrosion protection process offered by Yardmaster across their range of quality hot-dipped galvanized buildings. The strong yet neat looking ribbed wall and roof panels are thicker and harder to dent, with folded edges for safe assembly.
Supplied with a DIY assembly manual, the flat-pack components are clearly numbered for self-assembly. A common installation involves screwing the pre-holed metal profiled sheeting to a skeleton-style framework, complete with a base rail.
Yardmaster are Europe's largest manufacturer of maintenance-free metal sheds, which are renown for their 'baked on permanent colour finish'.

You literally have to build this shed from scratch, it’s like a giant maccano set. Therefore it does take a good few hours. But with that said, the instructions are really easy to follow step by step. And once it’s all put together with the roof attached it’s quite solid. It’s a shame a floor doesn’t come as standard but I guess this is down to personal choice and it would be easy enough to lay a base inside the shed once it’s up.

Two cans of expanding foam and some roof flashing to cover any gaps and stick over screws and now totally waterproof. Door is really flimsy, however expected for the price.

The engineering quality of the components is first-rate, the instructional are clear, once you have familiarised yourself with the sequence, and there are plenty of spare screws and washers if you should drop any! (I did). Despite this being an all-metal construction and my relative DIY inexperience, I managed to put the whole thing together completely unaided, except for my neighbour’s kind assistance in lifting the roof into place. The only tools required are a Phillips screwdriver and a socket wrench, plus a drill for the anchor bolts. I would recommend this shed 100%, and the service I received from One Garden was excellent.

Ultimately, it wasn't as hard to put up as I thought it would be from others reviews. Took roughly a day and a half to put it up pretty much by myself. Used the kids to help me at certain points which cost me a bag of Haribo sweets. Once up, it's solid and does what you need it to do. My hot tip is to wear gloves at certain points as I ended up with quite a few cuts over the hands and a metal splinter.
