Unloading will take place at the kerb-side or onto your adjacent driveway. Vehicles will not leave the public highway. A driver may be willing to carry the goods into your garden at their own discretion. Goods cannot be carried through your home, therefore if necessary please arrange some extra help privately.
This product benefits from a free delivery service within mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. The above postcode checker will confirm this for you.
Delivery will typically be made within the period quoted on this product. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For smaller products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a reference to allow online tracking.
Less frequently serviced locations may be subject to an extended delivery period of up to an additional 7 days. These distant locations include the Scottish Highlands.
Zest4Leisure deliver across mainland Great Britain. Therefore, for this product we are unable to service; Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and all of the Scottish Islands.

These locations include:
Zone B = Scottish Highlands (AB, IV, KW, FK19-21, PA36, PA38-40, PH17-26, PH30-41) at £14.99
For a limited range of bulky and/or extra-heavy products (gazebos and large furniture sets) to Zone B, the employment of a dedicated carrier at considerable additional cost is necessary. 10 Year Anti-Rot Warranty
An assurance from the manufacturer that their timber product, if maintained according to their re-treatment policy, will resist rot within a 10 year period.
The Forest Stewardship Council promote responsible forest management. The manufacturer will have used FSC certified timber from managed resources.
Wood is placed into an airtight tank, by vacuum the air is replaced with preservative. This penetrates deep into the pores. This superior process extends lifespan allowing in-ground use.
When an open cladding is formed from securing timber rails or battens across one another, in a spaced diagonal or square arrangement, this we call Trellis. Ideal for decorative purposes.

The 2no side trellis panels have been manufactured 12mm too short in width thus tendering an otherwise great product into a mediocre product. I had to fit packers all down 1no side. Disappointed

I bought this arch as a birthday present for my partner. We are both very pleased with the quality. Ideally you need a drill/driver to erect it. I concreted the legs in for extra strength and we now have a very strong structure that will probably outlast us. Good value for money.

Overall, we're really pleased with the arch, it looks great. It was however, hard to put together. It took two of us to build it and quite a while to make it straight. We ended up adding extra wooden supports to the bottom and cementing those into the ground and connecting them to the arch using metal brackets to make sure it was really sturdy. We also added extra more substantial screws too. We would have given it 5 stars if it had been easier to put up.

On the whole the arch looks good and I'm pleased with it. The wood, as supplied, has a very high moisture content, so I suspect it is not particularly well seasoned. Hopefully the preservative has penetrated sufficiently. All of the screws supplied could do with being 5-10mm longer to make the joints more sturdy. Also, it would be nice if the 'rafters' along with the tops of the uprights, had pre-drilled holes for the screws. Anyone without a certain amount of DIY skills might struggle a bit to construct it. Once constructed, it's definitely a two person job to lift it into its final position. (ONE GARDEN COMMENT: The high moisture content is a due to the vacuum pressure treatment process, which forces the preservative into the pores of the timber. External timbers will naturally season once in-situ.)

I found the arch good quality and straightforward to assemble. It is important to note that none of the fixing holes are pre-drilled. I did give it another coat of preservative prior to erection. The only issue is that the base fixings sent were very flimsy so I bought 4 fence post spikes and used those instead.

I received this beautiful wooden arch quickly and very well packed. A friend erected it for me and it is really sturdy and stable. It needs to be as it’s predecessor was blown over by strong winds. This one looks beautiful and is a great asset to my garden. It was straightforward to erect and I’m delighted with it. Also, it was reasonably priced. Happy all round !!!

The components of the arch that was supplied looked damp, indiscriminately faded, second-hand and second rate when I opened the cardboard box which also had damage at one end. The damage to the box contributed to the breakage of the flimsy plastic box that contained the fixings. As a consequence there was only 1 qty 60mm screw left in the whole box. Upon submitting a complaint, I was advised to box up the arch, which would then be collected within 48hrs. I had a text from the transport company to confirm and it was duly collected. The replacement arch was received complete, but I still preferred to apply three coats of coloured preservative to ensure that all the components were of the same colour when assembled. One of the uprights was slightly twisted/warped upon examination, but after the issues with the first arch, I persevered and assembled it all myself. My partner is pleased with its appearance in the garden. (ONE GARDEN COMMENT: Thank you for the feedback, apologies that your original goods delivery did not arrive in a sound condition, as now resolved by a full replacement. Wooden components have many colour/shade variations (from near-white to dark brown) which are occur naturally in Softwood and should be expected. Shading (not "faded") is allied to the pressure treatment process where component parts are stacked/overlaid during treatment. Any shading will fade as the timber weathers once exposed to sunlight etc.)

We recently purchased a Zest Moonlight Arch for our garden. Like many timber products now it was made for appearance rather than lasting quality. The upright posts were too short to cement into position so had to use Metposts, these are not the easiest things to align for most people. The side frames had to be braced at the top to stop any rocking and the screws supplied were only just sufficient to anchor the assembly together. Might last a year or so.

Thanks for a good well made product. The joints were nice and tight and no twisting in the frame. Screwed it down to some slabs with small L brackets and its as solid as a rock.

Product received on time. When assembling one of the uprights broke. Contacted One Garden and replacement arrived 2 days later. Arch then assembled with no problems and is looking good. Excellent, no fuss service. Highly recommend the product and supplier

Great product, looks fantastic. Easy enough to put together, but you will need two people for a couple of bits. They originally delivered the wrong product, but one phone call and it was sorted. The correct item was delivered the next day and the incorrect one taken away. You couldn't ask for more.

Arch arrived packed very well, delivery was prompt within 4 Days. Delivery man carried it into our garden, he was helpful and Cheerful, nothing was too much. You don’t often get service like that today. Arch is made good and solid. Looks like we paid a lot more for it than we did, not thin wood, heavy and strong when put together. Easy to Erect.

Arrived quickly and well packaged. Looks quite well made but I haven't managed to construct it yet as the ground is too hard to even put ground spikes in until we get some rain.

We haven't put the arch up yet as it is to replace existing arch that is falling to pieces. We are waiting for the roses to finish before putting it up. Very pleased with quality and we are sure it will look good in place.

Excellent product. I used Metpost ground supports for stability. Putting it up single handed I found it easier to set ground supports first and then erect the arch in situ, rather than putting it together and then having to lift it into place.

Very pleased with the arch. It is up now and looks good. However two points I would like to raise, not happy about angle screwing to fix the trellis to the uprights. Small metal brackets would have been preferred or the trellis having a complete frame to screw through. The ground fixing brackets seem very inadequate, they where meant for fixing lawn edging or so their label said. I added angle iron cemented into the ground to make a secure anchorage. Otherwise, very pleased.

I have received the Moonlight Arch perfectly packaged, but as yet I have not unpacked it, assembled the arch or fixed it in position, so its difficult to appraise the construction of the arch - sorry. I will appraise the arch when I have fixed it in the garden. Thank you.
