We love this product, easy to assemble and the parts had helpful location holes for screws etc. and at a far more reasonable price than through various garden centres that supply the same product.

Pleased with this swing, although it did take a bit of time and effort to assemble. Lovely to sit on the morning after a night shift and in the summer evenings

Good quality and looks great. Need to check parts as some beams can be twisted or damaged, but company quick to resolve. Highly recommend

Good quality, looks great. Assembly needs the right tools, 2 people and the instructions are far from ideal. For example bolts definitely need to be hammered into the wood for the square boss to engage, if this is done during tightening the square boss turns and the nut won’t fully tighten.

The product is very good and the instructions to put it together are clear. We had a problem in that someone at the factory had put a screw in at the wrong angle, so that it went across a hole where we needed to insert a bolt. The screw could not be removed so that the entire seat unit had to be replaced. This was done within a week without a problem, otherwise a five star review.
