Definitely a two person job. Apart from one lot of holes for assembly being wrong which we had to modify and a bit of a rusty chain it is very good.

This swing was something I really wanted for our garden, I saw it on the one garden website and ordered it, I was delivered promptly and came in 3 reasonably heavy packages, so bear this in mind. I started to assemble the swing and noticed one piece was broken, within minutes of notifying One Garden, someone called me to arrange a replacement part. NO FUSS. You can assemble it on your own if you must, but two would be easier. I love it!

After the initial issues with warped pieces, shocking instructions that are not very clear & not having the correct tools as it's not listed in the instructions what you might need to assemble it, we finally managed to erect the swing. The manufacturer were great replacing the warped items & a couple of missing bolts. I do love the swing now we can use it, we have just added a few cushions to make it more comfy, now I often enjoy a cup of tea on the swing & the dog has also taken a shine to sitting on it too, making the most of it before the summer is gone! (ONE GARDEN COMMENT: Thank you for your feedback, which we have shared with Zest; the manufacturer. The instructions, being both pictorial and textual, are quite informative and detailed we feel, thus it's with regret you found otherwise. The tools required for assembly are though stated on page 2, in paragraph 2 of the instructions.)
