I received the swing as promised within 2 weeks. It was well packed and the instruction was easy to understand. We needed 3.5 hours and 2 persons to mount it. It's a comfortable swing and looks great in the garden

Now in use it is a sturdy, comfortable product but two problems led to a lengthy construction time: 1. Pre-drilled holes in the side braces were incorrectly spaced so needed re-drilling. 2. The brace that strengthens the centre of the 'roof' would not bend sufficiently to fit beneath the battens so had to be screwed on top.

I ordered this swing seat as a replacement for a much larger one that had seen better days. I was a little worried that it would be a bit cramped but there is plenty of room for two. The packaging wasn't too impressive and was torn but upon unpacking and checking, every single nut bolt and screw was there. This takes a while to erect and the instruction sheet had arrived damaged but all was well in the end. It would be helpful if the four legs could have a sticker on telling you which ones they are as it's not that easy to distinguish the difference from the photo's. Also the strapping on the canopy section had come off in several places making it unwieldy to handle. I took it off and did the slats individually using a spacer that I made. Finished product is good value and a nice addition to our patio area.
