10 Year Anti-Rot Warranty
An assurance from the manufacturer that their timber product, if maintained according to their policy, will resist rot within a 10 year period.
Sustainably Sourced Timber
The timber used for this product was obtained from a managed resource, where responsible forest management and re-planting are employed.
Pressure Treatment
Wood is placed into an airtight tank, by vacuum the air is replaced with preservative. This superior process extends lifespan allowing in-ground use.
Square Edge
A simple cladding method where square-cut boarding is secured in a solid butted or open slatted format to a parallel arrangement.
Description
The Zest Broxton Gazebo is the ideal size for entertaining friends and family outdoors.
At 2.20m square, the cabana-inspired structure suits informal outdoor dining and entertaining, being large enough to easily house a BBQ unit. Its sturdy slatted roof has an integral covered chimney to help funnel any BBQ smoke up and away.
The low walls have removeable wide tops that can be used as a work surface or to hold drinks or snacks.
The internal size is 1700mm x 1700mm but by installing the removeable shelves it will reduce the internal width to 1600mm.
The entire unit is made from high quality, pressure treated, European softwood obtained from sustainable sources and comes with the manufacturers' own 10 year warranty against rot.
The BBQ itself as shown is not included.

Looks nice now it's assembled and definitely easier to build with two people particularly with the roof. I've covered the roof area in green felt shingle style tiles, cut the "bird box" down at the apex and used flashing strips to cover the opening. With the shingles over hanging the roof by 2 inches the roof and frame have stayed dry even in the wettest showers we've had recently. I know the wood has been pressure treated but waiting a few weeks and then adding some staining water-proofer so it blends in with the existing buildings. I think this project was value for the money I paid, is very solid and rate it 5/5 stars

Definitely need a power drill to make plenty of screw holes and be prepared for a bit of a workout. Needs two people for the side panels but much can be done by one person. The roof is not completely waterproof in heavy rain but easily fixed with some light roofing felt. Looks really good in the garden when complete. I didn't realise my garden was missing a feature until we got this.

The instructions were ok to follow but hubby consulted Youtube as well to confirm what he thought he had to do. We had to get outside help in to put the roof on because I am only 5ft tall! The quality of the wood is excellent and went together well. Get yourself an electric drill/screwdriver as it makes things so much easier to pre drill the holes and then put the screws in.
